Our closing services for such transactions include:

• Collect and hold earnest money
• Order Title Insurance Commitment Policy per the Purchase and Sale Agreement
• Review the Commitment Policy and Title Report and investigate and/or clear up any outstanding issues
• Coordinate payoffs of mortgages, utilities, association dues
• Prepare Settlement Statement (HUD-1)

We can begin working on your Short Sales negotiation once we receive a copy of your real estate Listing Agreement along with assorted seller documents. Upon completion of your set-up file, we will contact the original lender and begin the Short Sale negotiation process.
