We specialize in escrow services, short sales and settlement services for all business purchase and sales transactions.
 We are a Law Firm. This allows us the freedom to provide a full range of closing services, including sound guidance and preparation of any additional documents needed in connection with the closing of your transaction.
We are Independent. As a neutral third party, we review every property’s title report. Acting in the best interest of our clients, we sometimes find it necessary to work with the title insurance company and/or other related companies to have troublesome exceptions removed from the policy. We believe that this level of independence and commitment protects our clients and their agents.
We are Flexible. We are happy to do evening, weekend, and remote signings for our clients.
An Exceptional Closing Experience. We maintain a quiet and professional office in downtown Bellingham. We take the time to explain closing documents to clients and provide them with a phone number where we will promptly answer questions. Making clients comfortable is of paramount importance, so we always have beverages and snacks on hand (which we are happy to share with agents too)!
